  • 26 dusk to dawn outside lights
  • Fire extinguisher (landlord pays yearly inspection fee)
  • 2' x 12' lighted sign on front of building, sign on back door and two signs along Wares Ferry Road at complex entrance
  • 22-foot wide paved alleyway for loading and unloading
  • Landlord-owner on site
  • Maintenance on common areas included (clean parking lot, clean flower beds and cut grass)
  • Change out of air conditioning and heat filters and inside light bulbs included
  • Maintenance of air conditioning and heating unit, hot water heater and inside light ballasts

Prices

  • 20' x 60' - $700.00 per month
  • Larger suites - price varies

Terms

Three-year lease (36 months)
Deposit equal to one month's rent
